112.02 RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Grantee shall be governed by all ordinances and agreements with the City, including any cable television regulating ordinances now or hereafter in effect, and such rules and agreements now or hereafter executed between the City and the Grantee, and such rules, regulations and laws as are applicable and are established by the United States of America, the Federal Communications Commission, and the State of Iowa.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it. "Not yet consolidated" means the ordinance amends this section but its new text has not been checked into this compilation yet: read the ordinance.
