On the 5th day of November 2012, at a special meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No 2012 -68, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2012 JASPER AVE PAVING PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
