______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS August 1, 2025 • Troy Bryant will be at the work session on Tuesday night to review and discuss his plans for the improvements to the property at 301 Main Street. There should be a site plan and exterior elevation available at the meeting. We will also discuss the baseline and potential for a Tax Increment Financing incentive rebate for the project. • The meeting we had with Flock Safety on July 14th went very well. We will give an overview of the meeting and discuss the City’s next step in the process to determine if the council would like to proceed with this technology.
