11. City Administrator’s Report – Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt reported a successful
preconstruction meeting for the North Park Road project, with utility work set to begin in
approximately two weeks. Additionally, the DNR is expected to issue a permit for the water
treatment facility within the same timeframe, after which the project will proceed to the bidding
phase.
