______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS August 15, 2025 • Miron Construction will be at the work session on Tuesday night to review bid package #2 and how that affects the GMP (guaranteed maximum price) of the recreation center project. • Dave Wilson, Johnson County EMA Director, will also be at the work session to review with the council the exterior rendering of the proposed EMA storage facility to be built at the intersection of Bailey Way and Forevergreen Road. Attached are several of the renderings that have been reviewed by the EMA Commission so far.
