The original contract amount was $2,134,856.90, with approved change orders totaling $122,837.60, resulting in an adjusted contract amount of $2,257,694.50. Pay Application #9 covers work completed between August 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025, and reflects progress made during that period. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application #9 in the amount of $273,423.31 to Rathje Construction Co. for work completed on the Tiffin Urbanization – Phase 3 project, subject to verification of quantities and compliance with contract terms.
