PROJECT UPDATE
NORTH PARK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS – JAMES WATTERS
On September 5th, the entire length of North Park Road was openned to traffic in both directions. It is
expected to remain open to two-way traffic for the rest of the year until construction resumes in the Spring
of 2026.
As of September 11th, 2025, Boomerang personnel have left the site and working days for the project are
suspended for the winter. Some project materials remain on-site and some erosion control and sign work
is still being completed, but work on schedule-controlling items will not be resumed until Spring of 2026.
MSA staff will continue to perform erosion control and traffic control inspections each week throughout
the winter. Boomerang will be informed if work is required on those items to ensure compliance with
permits and traffic needs.
Payment Applications will be submitted each month throughout the winter when work has been done. If
no work is done, the City will be informed that no Payment Application is required.
VILLAGE DRIVE & ROBERTS FERRY ROAD SIGNAL DESIGN – CHAD WAGNER
The topographic survey of the intersection has been completed, and traffic counts have been collected.
MSA is conducting a preliminary operations analysis using the traffic data and known developments in the
area. The team will reach out to the City shortly to schedule a kickoff meeting to discuss the project and
present the findings of the preliminary analysis.
