– Earth Stockpile Spreading Project
ACTION: Approval
Purpose
To request Council approval of Change Order #1 for the Earth Stockpile Spreading Project,
submitted by Cornerstone Excavating and recommended by MSA Consultants.
Background
This request pertains to additional work performed on the Tiffin Forevergreen Grading Stockpile
project, specifically related to junk clean-out and excess Class 10 excavation beyond the original
scope.
Recommendation
Staff and the City Engineer recommend approval of Change Order #1 in the amount of
$14,825.25.
