Agenda Item: M-10 ________________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL November 14, 2025 • L.L. Pelling is in town this week to put the final lifts on Phase 3 of the Original Town Urbanization Project. Concrete works at the remaining intersections and on West 3rd Street is also being done. Clean up and punchlist items will be determined after that with the goal of only having final grading and seeding work to do next spring. • The special/specific sand was placed on the volleyball courts earlier his week. The poles and nets should also be delivered soon. • Everything went well with the City’s Auditors this past week. At some point within the next couple of months, BerganKDV will give a short presentation on the audit process and discuss the findings at an available work session. • The application deadline for the Parks and Recreation Director’s position was last Friday. The City ended up receiving 48 applications. The committee continues to review the applications but interviews should start next week. • Just a friendly reminder that City Hall will be closed on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th for Thanksgiving. • Another friendly reminder of the Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 25th to discuss the potential amphitheater project.
