AGENDA ITEM # K-3 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: November 26, 2025 AGENDA ITEM: Discussion and Consideration of Pay Application #7 Miron Construction – Recreation Center Project ACTION: Approval Background The City of Tiffin entered into a contract with Miron Construction Co., Inc. on November 19, 2024 for the construction of the Community Recreation Center located at 105 S Park Road, Tiffin, IA. Atura Architecture serves as the project architect. The architect has certified that the work completed is in accordance with contract documents and recommends payment. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application #7 to Miron Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $631,874.08 for work completed on the Community Recreation Center project.
