AGENDA ITEM # K-2 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: November 26, 2025 AGENDA ITEM: Discussion and Consideration of Pay Application #9 Boomerang Corporation – North Park Road Project ACTION: Approval Background The City of Tiffin contracted with Boomerang Corporation for the North Park Road improvement project. The original awarded amount was $5,458,891.91, with an authorized amount of $5,497,683.66. This pay application covers work performed during the period October 16, 2025 – November 15, 2025. The work has been reviewed and recommended for approval by the project engineer (MSA Professional Services) and is pending final signatures in Doc Express. Recommendation City Engineer recommends approval of Pay Application #9 in the amount of $240,230.45 to Boomerang Corporation for work completed on the North Park Road Project.
