Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council review the revised Fire Department Stipend Program
dated October 16, 2026, and consider approval of the updated program to reflect the EMS-only
division established by Ordinance No. 2026-530 and the associated changes to stipend and
incentive provisions.
