The application reflects work completed during the current billing period, including progress on general conditions, construction management, steel fabrication and erection, general trades, athletic flooring, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, concrete site work, athletic turf surfacing, site utilities, and landscaping. The submitted application identifies the following project financials: • Original Contract Sum: $12,435,142.00 • Net Change by Change Orders: ($1,042,001.88) • Revised Contract Sum: $11,393,140.12 • Total Completed and Stored to Date: $10,040,922.57 • Retainage: $502,046.14 • Total Earned Less Retainage: $9,538,876.43 • Less Previous Certificates for Payment: $8,954,710.11 • Current Payment Due: $584,166.32 • Balance to Finish, Including Retainage: $1,854,263.69 Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application No. 17 from Miron Construction Co., Inc., in the amount of $584,166.32 for construction work completed on the Tiffin Community Recreation Center project, subject to confirmation of the required payment certification and supporting documentation.
