RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 078 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSOLIDATION OF BANK ACCOUNTS Whereas, the City has accounts at Solon State Bank; and, Whereas, to fully utilize and access these accounts, the best use of them would be to consolidate the accounts to the existing City bank account at Hills Bank, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the consolidating of bank accounts from Solon State Bank to Hills Bank. On the 7th day of October, 2025, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Orris introduced RESOLUTION NO. 078, 2025- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSOLIDATION OF BANK ACCOUNTS and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Havens, Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann. Nays: None. Absent: None, Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 078,A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSOLIDATION OF BANK ACCOUNTS to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
