RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 018 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, there is an open position on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and, Whereas, this vacancy was caused by Travis Witmore being appointed to the Tiffin Planning & Zoning Commission; and, Whereas, the City Council appoints members to the commission for a three year term; and, Whereas, this commission member will serve until February of 2028; and Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Tiffin appoints Jillian Shrader to fill the open position on the Zoning Board of Adjustment. On this 18th day of February, 2025, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Orris introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2025-018,A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Orris. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 018, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
