Tiftin/ Set Hrg UR Amend No Adds NEW/ 436989- SET DATE FOR HEARING ON URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AMENDMENT 436989 -NEW Tiffin, Iowa February 18, 2025 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa,met on February 18, 2025, at 7: 00 p. m.,at the Tiffin City Ha11 Council Chambers,in the City, for the purpose of setting a date for a public hearing on a proposed urban renewal plan amendment. The Mayor presided and the roll being called, the following members of the Council were present and absent: Present: Havens, Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann. Absent: None. The Mayor announced that an amendment to the urban renewal plan for the 2017 Park Place Commercial Urban Renewal Area had been prepared, and that it was now necessary to set a date for a public hearing on the proposed amendment to the urban renewal plan. Accordingly, Council Member Limkemann moved the adoption of the following resolution entitled " Resolution Setting Date for a Public Hearing on Urban Renewal Plan Amendment for the 2017 Park Place Commercial Urban Renewal Area," and the motion was seconded by Council Member Orris. Following due consideration, the Mayor put the question on the motion and the roll being called, the following named Council Members voted: Ayes: Havens, Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann.
