Tif in/ 47/ 436989- Hrg Only GO CP MINUTES TO HOLD HEARING AND ADDITIONAL ACTION ON ENTERING INTO LOAN AGREEMENT 47 436989- Tiffin, Iowa February 4,2025 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met on February 4, 2025, at 7 o' clock m., p. at the Tiffin City Hall Council Chambers, Tiffin, Iowa. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor, and the roll was called showing the following members of the City Council present and absent: Present: Havens, Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann. Absent: None. This being the time and place specified for taking action on the proposal to enter into a General Obligation Corporate Purpose Loan Agreement, as defined in the attached resolution, in 000,the City Clerk announced that no written objections a principal amount not to exceed $ 5, 500, had been placed on file. Whereupon, the Mayor called for any written or oral objections, and there being nonc, the Mayor closed the public hearing. After due consideration and discussion, Council Member Havens introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Orris. The Mayor put the question upon the adoption of said resolution, and the roll being called, the following Council Members voted: Ayes: Schnedler, Havens, Limkemann, Orris, Olney. Nays: None.
