RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 012 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE WELL 5 PUMP, CONTROLS AND WATERMAIN PROJECT Whereas, the walk- through and the creation of a punchlist has resulted in the substantial completion of the Well 5 pump, controls and watermain project, and; Whereas, Veenstra & Kimm made an on - site review of the completed construction of Well 5 performed by Boomerang Corp. of Anamosa, Iowa and certified complete on January 8, 2025; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the substantial completion for the Well 5 Pump, Controls and Watermain Project. On the 21st day of January, 2025, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 012,A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE WELL 5 PUMP, CONTROLS AND WATERMAIN PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Orris. Ayes: Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 012, 2025- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE WELL 5 PUMP, CONTROLS AND WATERMAIN PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
