RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 001 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE NORTH PARK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Whereas, in September of 2024, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were filed with the Iowa Department of Transportation for the North Park Road Improvements Project; and, Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were published as required by law, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the North Park Road Improvements Project be approved with the approval of this resolution. On the 7th day of January 2025, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Olney introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 001,A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE NORTH PARK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Orris. Ayes: Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Orris. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 001,A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE NORTH PARK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
