December 5, 2024 Johnson County EMA 4529 Melrose Avenue Iowa City, IA 52246 PROJECT: Johnson County EMA Site Plan PROJECT LOCATION: Park Place City Center – Part 3 – Lot 1 DATE OF AGREEMENT: December 5, 2024 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of Site Construction plans for Johnson County EMA. The site is Park Place City Center – Part Three – Lot 1 and consist of a 72’x208’ building with associated parking, access drives and utilities. The required exhibits, plats, and documents to be submitted will be completed in accordance with all applicable city and state requirements. SCOPE OF SERVICES: 1. Surveying services for entire site; a) Topographic and Boundary survey i. Locate existing utilities, ii. Locate water, sewer and storm sewer iii. Provide ground shots and elevations at 1 foot contour intervals iv. Establish site boundary 2. Site Construction plans a) Meetings with client’s project team to establish a site concept b) Preliminary meetings with city/staff to obtain conceptual approval c) Construction documents, including: • Site layout and dimension plan • Site grading and erosion control plan • Site grading detail plan • Site utility plan • Site landscaping plan • Site details and notes • Stormwater management report d) Coordination of Site plan review process with City of Tiffin e) Coordinate drawings and specifications with client’s other consultants f) CSR/NPDES permit applications, and SWPPP preparations g) Prepare City of Tiffin permit applications
