RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 076 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT WITH HONEY LANE DEVELOPMENT LLC, TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR TIFFIN WEST Whereas, Burrington Group, Inc., on behalf of Honey Lane Development, LLC, has filed with the City of Tiffin a preliminary plat for Tiffin West, a subdivision to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, legally described on the attached Exhibit hereby incorporated; and, Whereas, Resolution 075 2024- approved by City Council on December 17, 2024, was approving the preliminary plat for said development; and, Whereas, the Developer' s Agreement will include any and all particulars to the approved preliminary plat for Tiffin West, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the Attorneys representing Honey Lane Development, LLC, and the City of Tiffin have reviewed and have taken under consideration all requested revisions to be made by the City Council of Tiffin. The City Council having now further reviewed the s Developer' Agreement and do now approve the Agreement as printed and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Honey Lane Development, LLC, to fully execute the document. On the 17th day of December, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Olney introduced RESOLUTION NO. 076, 2024- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT WITH HONEY LANE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR TIFFIN WEST and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Orris. Ayes: Orris, Schnedler, Havens, Olney. Nays: None. Absent: Limkemann. Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 076,A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT WITH HONEY LANE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR TIFFIN WEST to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
