NOTE 10 – COMMITMENTS
The City entered into construction contracts that were unfinished at June 30, 2025. At June 30,
2025, the City had remaining construction commitments of $30,822,311.
Note 11 – SUBSQUENT EVENT
On August 14, 2025, the City issued $14,384,000 of Water Revenue Bonds Series 2025. The bonds
were issued with an interest rate 3.21% and will mature on June 1, 2046.
