__________________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS January 16, 2026 • Nancy Schulzetenberg with BerganKDV will be joining the work session remotely to give a short presentation on the FY 2024-2025 City Audit and discuss the process and findings. Included in the packet are both final documents of the audit. • The City has participated in the ICSC Conference for the past three years. As mentioned briefly at the previous council meeting, future participation in advance of the May conference is requested for discussion. • Time permitting, I would like to review some items in the FY 2026-2027 budget. If we run out of time in the work session, I may use time during my Administrator’s Report.
