RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 016 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF APRIL 18, 2023, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2023- 2024 BUDGET Whereas, The City Council will set a date for Public Hearing for the FY 2023- 2024 Budget for the City of Tiffin, Iowa, and; Whereas, The City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is required by law to hold a Public Hearing for the proposed budget prior to approval of the budget; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the Public Hearing for April 18, 2023. On the 21St day of March, 2023, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Orris introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 016,A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF APRIL 18, 2023, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2024 2023- BUDGET and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Havens. Nays: None. Absent: Limkemann. Whereupon four Council members present and voted approval and Mayor Berner were declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 016, 2023- A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF APRIL 18, 2023, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2023-2024 BUDGET to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
