RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 005 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN' S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to review its major projects per its Capital Improvements Plan; and, Whereas, the City Council recognizes the fact that it will need to update the Plan as projects or timelines change; and, Whereas, a motion was made to approve the Capital Improveme is Plan withmoving the ( new)fire station project to FY 2026- 2027 with the conditio % at it will e reassessed if the LOST fails, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of o approve the attached updated Capital Improvements Plan.
