Dear Doug:
We have prepared and attach proceedings covering the hearing on the proposal to approve an amended plan (the “Plan Amendment”) for the Villages Part I Urban Revitalization Area and the adoption of the Resolution approving the Plan Amendment. These proceedings include the following items:
1. Minutes of the public hearing on the Plan Amendment.
2. Resolution adopting the Plan Amendment.
3. Attestation Certificate with respect to the validity of the transcript.
While it is not required by statute, we recommend that you file a copy of the Plan Amendment and the resolution adopting it with the County Assessor.
