Tiffin/ Urban 436989/ Revite Amend NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA, RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE PLAN FOR THE VILLAGES PART I URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 404 OF THE CODE OF IOWA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That there is now on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk of Tiffin, Iowa, an Amendment to the Urban Revitalization Plan for the Villages Part I Urban Revitalization Area within the City. This City Council will meet at 7: m.,on January 3, 2023, at the Tiffin City Council 00 p. Chambers, 300 Railroad Street, Tiffin, Iowa, at which time a hearing will be held pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 404 ( the " Act") of the Code of Iowa the proposal to adopt the on Amendment to the Urban Revitalization Plan, pursuant to the provisions of the Act. At such public hearing all residents of the City, and any other person having an interest in the matter, may appear and be heard for or against the adoption of the Amendment to the Urban Revitalization Plan, pursuant to the Act. The Amendment to the Urban Revitalization Plan will clarify that the availability for tax exemption under the Urban Revitalization Plan is for residential properties containing three or more dwelling units and assessed as residential property under Section 441. 21,subsection 14, paragraph " a", subparagraph ( 6) of the Code of Iowa.
