RESOLUTION NO. 2022- 090 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF NOVEMBER 15, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE TIFFIN ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 5, FENCE AND HEDGE REGULATIONS Whereas, the City recognizes the need to amend Section 5 of the zoning ordinance that addresses fence and hedge regulations in reference to their placement and distance from a property line; and, Whereas, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on such potential amendment, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the date of November 15, 2022, for a public hearing to amend section 5 of the Tiffin Zoning Ordinance, Fence and Hedge Regulations. On the 1st day of November, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022- 090,A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF NOVEMBER 15, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE TIFFIN ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 5, FENCE AND HEDGE REGULATIONS and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Limkemann. Ayes: Havens, Olney, Orris, Schnedler, Limkemann. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 090, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE NO. 2022- OF NOVEMBER 15, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE TIFFIN ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 5, FENCE AND HEDGE REGULATIONS to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
