CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2022- 054 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, there is currently two open positions on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and, Whereas, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements to the best of its ability, Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council is appointing Ben Curtis to fill one of the two openpositions on the Zoning Board of Adjustment. On this 7th day of June, 2022, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Olney introduced RESOLUTION 2022- 054,A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Orris. Ayes: Olney, Limkemann, Schnedler, Havens, Orris. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 054,A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NO. 2022- APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
