RESOLUTION NO. 2022- 053 A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE PERMEABLE PAVER PARKING PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA — CONTRACTOR — NOLAN' S LAWN CARE WHEREAS, On June 2, 2022, the Project Engineer states the Project construction was completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file with the City of Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends Final Payment be made to the Contractor. WHEREAS, the Permeable Paver Parking Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin and to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the Permeable Paver Parking Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin and final payment shall be made to the Contractor. On the 7th day of June, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Orris introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022- 053,A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCEOF THE PERMEABLE PAVER PARKING PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA —CONTRACTOR — NOLAN' S LAWN CARE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Limkemann. Ayes: Orris, Olney, Limkemann, Schnedler, Havens. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2022- 053,A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE PERMEABLE PAVER PARKING PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA — CONTRACTOR — NOLAN' S LAWN CARE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
