ATTESTATION CERTIFICATE STATE OF IOWA COUNTY OF JOHNSON SS: CITY OF TIFFIN I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of Tiffin, do hereby certify that attached hereto is a true and correct copy of the proceedings of the City Council of the City relating to the issuance of $2,740,000 General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2022A, and that the transcript hereto attached contains a true, correct and complete statement of all the measures adopted and proceedings, acts and things had, done and performed up to the present time in relation to the issuance and disposition of such bonds. I further certify that no appeal has been taken to the District Court from the decision of the City Council to issue such bonds or to levy taxes to pay the principal thereof and interest thereon.
