RESOLUTION NO. 2022-034 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PERMANENT WATERMAIN AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT Whereas, there is currently a 16" watermain in a 15' easement on the east side of Lot 2 of The Villages LC, (Quality Care); and, Whereas, an expansion of the storage facility would require there be paving overtop of the watermain easement; and, Whereas, in the event access to the watermain is required the City of Tiffin wishes to have the responsibility to restore the pavement properly resolved, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to approve the attached amended permanent watermain and temporary construction easement to that addresses the restoration of the paving over the City’s watermain. On the 19th day of April, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-034, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PERMANENT WATERMAIN AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Limkemann. Ayes: Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Olney. Nays: None. Absent: Orris. Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2022-034, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PERMANENT WATERMAIN AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
