RESOLUTION NO. 2022-032 A RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR MODIFICATION TO PRAIRIE VILLAGE PART 3 OPD Whereas, the City has approved Ordinance No. 2022-492, which rezoned property for the Prairie Village Part 3 OPD; Whereas, a minor modification has been requested by the Developer which would alter the proposed lot lines of attached dwelling units located south of Magnolia Lane and north of State Street as shown on the attached map; Whereas, Section OPD.07(K) of the Zoning Ordinance authorizes minor modifications to OPD plans prior to completion of initial construction. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to approve the minor modification to the Prairie Village Part 3 OPD plans to alter the proposed lot lines of attached dwelling units located south of Magnolia Lane and north of State Street as shown on the attached map, subject to further approval requirements pursuant to the City’s subdivision ordinance. On the 19th day of April, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-032, A RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR MODIFICATION TO PRAIRIE VILLAGE PART 3 OPD and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Havens, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann. Nays: None. Absent: Orris. Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2022-032, A RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR MODIFICATION TO PRAIRIE VILLAGE PART 3 OPD to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
