RESOLUTION NO. 2021-077 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE TIFFIN PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING Whereas, on the 17th day of November 2021, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Costs were filed with the City of Tiffin for the Tiffin Public Works Building; and, Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Costs were published as required by law, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of costs for the Tiffin Public Works Building be approved with the approval of this resolution. On the 21st day of December 2021, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-077, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE TIFFIN PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Olney. Ayes: Schnedler, Limkemann, Bartels, Havens, Olney. Nays: None. Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2021-077, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE TIFFIN PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
