RESOLUTION NO. 2021-060 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF NOVEMBER 2, 2021, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO INCREASE THE BULK WATER RATE FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa has upgraded its bulk water filling system to an automated filling station, and; Whereas, a bulk water rate increase will be necessary to pay for the cost and maintenance of the upgraded system, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the date for the Public Hearing is set for November 2, 2021, to discuss and amend the sewer user charge system ordinance. On the 19th day of October, 2021, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-060, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF NOVEMBER 2, 2021, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO INCREASE THE BULK WATER RATE FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Limkemann, Olney, Schnedler, Bartels, Havens Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2021-060, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF NOVEMBER 2, 2021, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO INCREASE THE BULK WATER RATE FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
