RESOLUTION NO. 2021-052 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE TIFFIN WATER WELL #5 TEST WELL IMPROVEMENTS Whereas, on the 10th day of September 2021, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Costs were filed with the City of Tiffin for the Tiffin Water Well #5 Test Well Improvements; and, Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Costs were published as required by law, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of costs for the Tiffin Water Well #5 Test Well Improvements be approved with the approval of this resolution. On the 21st day of September 2021, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-052, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE TIFFIN WATER WELL #5 TEST WELL IMPROVEMENTS and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Limkemann, Olney, Havens, Bartels, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2021-052, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE TIFFIN WATER WELL #5 TEST WELL IMPROVEMENTS to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
