RESOLUTION NO. 2021-041 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISPOSITION OF AUDITORS PARCEL 2012041, A PORTION OF LOT 48, TIMBER RIDGE VIEW – PHASE TWO Whereas, the City conveyed property known as Auditor’s Parcel 2012041, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 56, Page 394, Plat Records of Johnson County, Iowa to Todd E. Drake and Jessi A. Drake by warranty deed recorded September 17, 2012, Book 4979, Page 199, records of the Johnson County Recorder; and, Whereas, the City is unable to locate the documentation that it complied with the requirements of Section 364.7 of the Code of Iowa when conveying the above-described property; and, Whereas, the City has now held a public hearing regarding the conveyance of the above-described property to Todd E. Drake and Jessi A. Drake for consideration previously paid by Todd E. Drake and Jessi A. Drake. Now, therefore be it resolved that the City authorizes conveyance of Auditor’s Parcel 2012041, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 56, Page 394, Plat Records of Johnson County, Iowa to Todd E. Drake and Jessi A. Drake for consideration previously paid by Todd E. Drake and Jessi A. Drake; and further that any previous conveyances by the City of Auditor’s Parcel 2012041 to Todd E. Drake and Jessi A. Drake are hereby ratified and confirmed. On the 1st day of June, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-041, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISPOSITION OF AUDITORS PARCEL 2012041, A PORTION OF LOT 48, TIMBER RIDGE VIEW – PHASE TWO and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Schnedler, Limkemann, Olney, Havens, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2021-041, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISPOSITION OF AUDITORS PARCEL 2012041, A PORTION OF LOT 48, TIMBER RIDGE VIEW – PHASE TWO to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
