On the 4th day of May, 2021, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-034, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION(S) FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING BENEFITS FROM THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RIVERBOAT FOUNDATION and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Bartels, Onley, Havens, Schnedler, Limekman Nays: None Absent: None WHEREUPON five council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2021-034, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION(S) FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING BENEFITS FROM THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RIVERBOAT FOUNDATION to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
