RESOLUTION NO. 2021-028 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESCROW AGREEMENT FOR PARK PLACE – PART THREE Whereas, the Developer, The Boulders, LLC., has requested the City enter into an escrow agreement for the eight-foot sidewalk in Park Place Part Three that will connect to the future City Trail, and; Whereas, the eight-foot trail section through Park Place Part Three has been modified to run between lots 138 and 139 rather than 142 and 143 as shown on the attached drawing. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the documents necessary to approve the attached escrow agreement for Park Place Part Three. On the 20th day of April, 2021, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-028, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESCOW AGREEMENT FOR PARK PLACE – PART THREE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Olney, Limkemann, Bartels, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: Al Havens Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2021-028, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESCOW AGREEMENT FOR PARK PLACE – PART THREE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
