RESOLUTION NO. 2021-015 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MARCH 30, 2021, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2020-2021 BUDGET Whereas, The City Council will set a date for Public Hearing for the FY 2021-2022 Budget for the City of Tiffin, Iowa, and; Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is required by law to hold a Public Hearing for the proposed budget prior to approval of the budget; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the Public Hearing for March 30, 2021. On the 2nd day of March, 2020, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-015, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MARCH 30, 2021, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2021-2022 BUDGET and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Havens, Olney, Bartels, Schnedler, Limkemann Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2021-015, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MARCH 30, 2021, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 202-2022 BUDGET to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
