MINUTES FOR HEARING AND ADDITIONAL ACTION ON ENTERING INTO A LOAN AGREEMENT 436989-32 Tiffin, Iowa December 15, 2020 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met on December 15, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, in the City. The City Council also met electronically and telephonically via Microsoft Teams, which was accessible at the following: If anyone would like to make a comment or address the City Council but is unable to attend the Council Meeting, you can do so by telephone by calling 319-545-2572 ext. 0 at 7:00 p.m. The City Council is conducting this meeting in person and electronically and telephonically due to federal and state government recommendations in response to COVID-19 pandemic conditions. Electronic access information was included in the posted agenda of this public meeting. The Mayor presided and the roll was called showing the following members of the City Council present and absent: Present: Bartels, Schnedler, Limkemann, Olney, Havens Absent: None This being the time and place specified for taking action on the proposal to enter into a General Obligation Annual Appropriation Refunding Loan Agreement in a principal amount not to exceed $2,660,000, the City Clerk announced that no written objections had been placed on file. Whereupon, the Mayor called for any written or oral objections, and there being none, the Mayor closed the public hearing. After due consideration and discussion, Council Member Schnedler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Bartels. The Mayor put the question upon the adoption of said resolution, and the roll being called, the following Council Members voted: Ayes: Havens, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann, Bartels Nays: None
