RESOLUTION NO. 2020-094 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN’S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to review its major projects per its Capital Improvements Plan, and; Whereas, the City Council recognizes the fact that it will need to update the Plan as projects or timelines change; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the attached updated Capital Improvements Plan. On the 15th day of December, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-094, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN’S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Bartels, Olney, Havens, Schnedler, Limkemann Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-094, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN’S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
