NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AMENDMENT Notice Is Hereby Given: That at 7:00 o’clock p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, Tiffin, Iowa, on January 5, 2021, the City Council of the City of Tiffin will hold a public hearing on the question of amending the urban renewal plan (the “Plan”) for the Tiffin Urban Renewal Area (the “Urban Renewal Area”) to facilitate the undertaking of a new urban renewal project in the Urban Renewal Area consisting of providing tax increment financing support to MD Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Tiffin Family Care (the “Clinic”) in connection with the operation of a medical clinic in the Urban Renewal Area. Due to federal and state government recommendations in response to COVID-19 pandemic conditions, the meeting can alternatively be accessed via Microsoft Temas, which will be accessible at the following: If anyone would like to make a comment or address the City Council but is unable to attend the Council Meeting, you can do so by telephone by calling 319-545-2572 ext. 0 at 7:00 p.m. In addition to electronic access, written comments may be filed or made prior to the meeting and will be recorded in the minutes.
