RESOLUTION NO. 2020-084 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD THE BID FOR THE 2020 TIFFIN ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin received bids on October 29, 2020, for the 2020 Tiffin Roundabout Gateway Signage Project; and, Whereas, the City Council has identified the lowest, most responsible bid; and, Whereas, the City Council wishes to award the project and begin the contractual process, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents and forms of contract as required and necessary to execute a contract with the lowest, most responsible bidder as identified and recommended by the City Engineer. On the 3rd day of November, 2020, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-084, A RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR THE 2020 TIFFIN ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Limkemann. Ayes: Limkemann, Havens, Olney, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2020-084, A RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR THE 2020 TIFFIN ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
