RESOLUTION NO. 2020-074 A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE SANITARY SEWER AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 2, VILLAGES OF TIFFIN – PHASE ONE, TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes, through the request of the owner, the change for the need for the sanitary sewer and utility easement on Lot 2, Villages of Tiffin – Phase One, Tiffin, Iowa, and; Whereas, The sanitary sewer and utility easement is no longer necessary as shown the attached Exhibit A, and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the sanitary sewer and utility easement on Lot 2, Villages of Tiffin – Phase One, be vacated and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby be authorized to sign the attached vacation easement agreement. On the 15th day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-074, A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE SANITARY SEWER AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 2, VILLAGES OF TIFFIN – PHASE ONE, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Limkemann. Ayes: Schnedler, Bartels, Limkemann, Havens, Olney Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-074, A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE SANITARY SEWER AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 2, VILLAGES OF TIFFIN – PHASE ONE, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
