RESOLUTION NO. 2020-072 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE TIFFIN TRAIL PROJECT – PHASE 7 Whereas, on the 28th day of August 2020, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were filed with the City of Tiffin for the Tiffin Trail Project – Phase 7; and, Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were published as required by law, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Tiffin Trail Project – Phase 7 be approved with the approval of this resolution. On the 15th day of September 2020, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-072, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE TIFFIN TRAIL PROJECT – PHASE 7 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Limkemann, Havens, Olney, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2020-072, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE TIFFIN TRAIL PROJECT – PHASE 7 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
