RESOLUTIONNO.2020-043 ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGADDITIONALNOPARKINGONCROELLAVENUE FROMHIGHWAY6TOGOLDFINCHAVENUE Whereas,theCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa isresponsible todetermine where certain traffic control devices such asnoparking zones aretobeplaced asdefined in Chapter 61oftheTiffin Municipal Code; and, Whereas,theCouncil hasdetermined thatadditional noparking onboth sides ofCroell Avenue from Highway 6toGoldfinch Avenue isnecessary; and, Whereas,withthepassage ofthisresolution theTiffin CityCouncil does hereby signs onboth sides of Croell Avenue from Highway 6toGoldfinch Avenue, Now,thereforebeitresolved bytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa thatparking shall notbeallowed onCroell Avenue from Highway 6toGoldfinch Avenue and no parking signs shall beplaced onCroell Avenue from Highway 6toGoldfinch Avenue. Onthe2 nddayofJune, 2020, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2020-043,ARESOLUTION APPROVINGADDITIONALNOPARKINGONCROELLAVENUEFROMHIGHWAY6 TOGOLDFINCHAVENUE andmade amotion forapproval.
