CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2020-038 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, there is currently an open position on the Planning & Zoning Commission; and, Whereas, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements, Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council is appointing Zachary Payne to the Planning & Zoning Commission. On this 19th day of May 2020 at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION 2020-038, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Olney. Ayes: Havens, Olney, Bartels, Schnedler, Walls Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-038, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
