RESOLUTIONNO.2020-021 ARESOLUTIONTOAWARDTHEBIDFORTHE2020-2021MOWINGCONTRACT Whereas,theCityofTiffin requested andreceived bidsonMarch 19,2020, forthe 2020-2021 Mowing Contract; and, Whereas,theCityreceived fourresponsible bids; and, Whereas,theCityhasreviewed allofthebidsfortheir completeness andaccuracy; and, Whereas,theCitywould liketorecommend the2020-2021 Mowing Contract be awarded toGraceland Lawn Care. Now,thereforebeitresolved bytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, to authorize award the2020-2021 Mowing Contract toGraceland Lawn Careand authorize theMayor andCityClerk tosignthecontract asrequired. Onthe24 thdayofMarch, 2020, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2020-021,A RESOLUTIONTOAWARDBIDFORTHE2020-2021MOWINGCONTRACT and made amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Walls. Ayes: Bartels, Schnedler, Walls, Havens, Olney Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared that RESOLUTIONNO.2020-021,ARESOLUTIONTOAWARDBIDFOR THE2020-2021MOWINGCONTRACT tobeadopted and signified hisapproval ofthe same byaffixing hissignature thereto. thdayofMarch, 2020.
