DocuSign Envelope ID: A2325E92- 11A9- 412D- BB89- F81069F06B2F RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 002 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO SET THE SPEED LIMIT ON OAKDALE BOULEVARD Whereas, The City recognizes that the speed limit on Oakdale Boulevard may need to be changed, and; Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that a discussion needs to take place to determine what that speed limit should be; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set a public hearing for January 21, 2020, at 7: 00 p. m. to set the speed limit for Oakdale Boulevard. 7t" On the day of January, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Olney introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 002, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO SET THE SPEED LIMIT ON OAKDALE BOULEVARD and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Havens, Olney, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent: Walls Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 002, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO SET THE SPEED LIMIT ON OAKDALE BOULEVARD to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 7t" Passed by the City Council on the day of January, 2020.
